Originally from the Netherlands, Jacqueline van de Geer has crossed the Atlantic Ocean in 2005 to live and work in Montreal. It is important for her to surprise herself in her process and to share this exiting feeling of ‘the un-expected’ with the participants and spectators. The lack of light, the darkness, the need for celebrations during a dark period inspired her to create this performance. Let the light shine in these long nights!
