Jerry Ropson: Hollow cores, other findings and one last chance

Exhibition

October 24 – November 29, 2008
Opening on Friday October 24, 5pm-9pm

Project Description

Presented in the small gallery space this growing installation of adhesive vinyl, written texts, drawings and sculptures chronicles the development of what the artist references as his – “atavistic narrative”. Ropson will periodically return to Skol throughout his exhibition to produce new and personal historical markers – posters, stickers and flags – in order to distribute them within the surrounding urban space. This exhibition is accompanied by a text by artist, writer, and independent curator Mark Clintberg.
