Project Description

In the current context, particularly fraught due to the environmental catastrophe and sociopolitical tensions engulfing the planet, the exhibition foregrounds the power, at once destructive, contentious, and transformative, of fire.
Born by a poetic and conceptual approach, it allows the emergence of a great humanity by proposing a reflection on the meaning and multiple facets of resistance and its potentialities.

Conceptual artist and curator, Steve Giasson gathers, in this exhibition, artists and authors of various origins and eras. Transcending disciplinary categories, he creates a dialogue between pictorial, conceptual, video and literary works.
