On the occasion of the exhibition Beneath the Surface of the Everyday<\/i>, the Centre des arts actuels SKOL is releasing a brand-new exhibition booklet in a limited edition. This publication features interviews with the five participating artists \u2014 Zo\u00e9 Julien-Tessier, Annie-Kim Rainville, Amanda Roy, Sarah Toung ondo, and Alejandra Zamudio \u2014 as well as the full-length exhibition text by author Gabrielle Izaguirr\u00e9-Falardeau.<\/p>\n

This 25-page booklet offers a deeper dive into the exhibition experience, inviting readers into the unique worlds of the artists and shedding light on the creative processes developed during their cross-residencies at Centre SAGAMIE.<\/p>\n

To listen, to understand, to connect \u2014 the booklet reveals what often lies hidden beneath the surface of the everyday: bold identities, acts of resistance, intimate stories, and forms of solidarity.<\/p>\n
