Project description
There is a friction, an offset effect. At the forefront a beat: fast, loud, constant, fueled by desires, by projects, by inflations. And then there is fear: slow, moderated, obscured by our routine, distractions, “mediocracy”, by goodwill. The videos regrouped in this program share this friction: seductive images, flashy colors, fast paced movement. And on another level, a palpable anxiety that, like a dark and secret dance, operates under the current. Curated by Skol’s team, and available for viewing both at home and/or in a public space, this initiative is meant as a response adapted to the possible restrictions related to the pandemic.
The videos will be available on Skol’s Vimeo account.
