We are looking for a roommate!
The space is 17’5 x 11’3 (197.75 sq. Ft.). It is partially open on Skol’s team offices, there is access to a meeting room and a common kitchenette. The space could accommodate an office, an artist’s studio, a workshop or class space, etc (certain restrictions apply). Skol is a self-managed artist’s center located in the Belgo building at 372 Sainte-Catherine West, space 314, Montreal. The rental price is $ 350 per month, all included.
