CLAIRVOYANCE II

2016-2017 Programming

At a moment when the political and social climate continues to darken and the workings of our system appear increasingly opaque, ClairVoyance II suggests art as a means to see clearly, to stand guard, and to bring to light our own complicity.

Over two years, this inclusive and multifaceted program brings together artists whose work invokes joy and obsession, meanderings and incantations. The content may seem derisory or overwhelming; because ClairVoyance II is the restoration of a particular kind of power, colourful and radiant – which leaves behind reproducible profiles and quantifiable values, and which refuses to listen to Reason.
