Performance by Soroush Aram and exhibitions

As part of Nuit blanche 2022, we are delighted to present a performance by artist Soroush Aram and two exhibitions.

Acts of coquetry, voice distortion, movements inspired by Persian femimine pop dance are some of the elements that make up Soroush Aram’s performance. Interweaving drawing, dance and song in a moment of great sensory richness, the work tests the limits of the genre and propriety.

In the Galerie passage des membres, artist Sara-Claude Hammond presents several sculptures that the public is invited to touch. Through its forms and textures, the exhibition stimulates the senses, thus bringing the body to become an integral part of the sculpture.

In the main gallery, we present the group exhibition Regards situés (Situated gazes).

Schedule

  • 10:00 p.m.: Performance by Soroush Aram.
  • 6:00 – 11:00 p.m.: Exhibition in the Galerie passage des membres, Activer le chant des cycles, by Sara-Claude Hammond.
  • 6:00 – 11:00 p.m.:  Group exhibition, Regards situés (Situated gazes) featuring works by Pamela Breda,  Julie Roch-Cuerrier, Charlotte Guirestante Ghomeshi, Francys Chenier et Karine Locatelli.
