Closing: Reviving the Bookstore

We are delighted to invite you to the closing event for the exhibition Reviving the Bookstore! 

At 2 p.m., there will be a roundtable discussion on Bookstores and Communities with Euryale Cliche-Laroche, Beck Joachim, Ross Higgins, and Johanne Cadorette, moderated by Antoine Vogler. Following this, there will be a screening of the film Emboîter Leurs Pas by Manuel Orhy Pirón (21 minutes). A festive gathering with refreshments will follow starting at 5 p.m. The discussion at 2 p.m. will focus on the concept of community when it comes to (co-)managing a feminist, gay, and lesbian bookstore. This moment will take the form of an intergenerational discussion about 2SLGBTQIA+ bookstores.
